Getting ready for a test at Forfar
There are 6 roundabouts within 2 km, fewer than at 8 in 10 test centres. Expect more give way lines. Limits go up to 60 mph, and driving too slowly is marked too. 60.3% passed here in 2025-26, 10.3 points above the GB average.
A car test lasts around 35 minutes, with a show me and a tell me question and a pull up on the left. The examiner picks the roads on the day, so practise the junctions, not one route.
