Cancelling
You can cancel your £10 a month subscription at any time. Go to your account page, choose Manage billing, and cancel there. You won't be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Refunds
Your subscription is digital content that starts the moment your payment goes through. At checkout you confirm:
I agree to the Driving Test Simulator terms and to immediate supply of the digital content, and understand I waive my 14-day cancellation right once it is supplied.
So the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 doesn't apply once your access begins, and we don't refund part months when you cancel.
Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion. If something has gone wrong, for example you were charged for a month you didn't mean to renew and haven't used, email us and we'll look at it fairly.
Your legal rights are unaffected
Nothing above removes your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn't (for example the simulator doesn't run at all on a supported browser, or it stops working and we can't put it right in a reasonable time), you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund where neither is possible.
How to ask
Email helperdrivingtest@gmail.com from the address you subscribed with and tell us what happened: what you tried, what the simulator did, and which browser and device you used. We aim to reply within two working days.
If a refund is due, it goes back to your original payment method.
Disputed payments
If you dispute a payment with your bank, we cancel the subscription straight away while the dispute is resolved. Please email us first: it's usually quicker for you.
