The analytics cookie

We use Google Analytics to see which pages help people, how the simulator is used and whether visits lead to a subscription: overall patterns, not anything you type. It sets cookies only if you choose OK on the notice. Choose No thanks and Google Analytics doesn't load at all. There's no advertising and there are no tracking pixels.

What the site keeps on your device

A few things are stored in your browser, not as cookies, because the site needs them to work:

• Your answer to the cookie notice, OK or No thanks, so it doesn't ask again on every visit.
• Your sign-in, if you sign in, so you stay signed in on this device until you sign out.
• Simulator settings it needs to run.

When we send you somewhere else

Some steps hand you to another company's page, where their rules apply and not ours:

• Continue with Google opens a Google sign-in window. Google sets its own cookies there.
• Subscribing and Manage billing open Stripe's own pages. Stripe sets its own cookies there.

Changing your mind

Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to see the notice again and choose differently. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the analytics cookie and signs you out.
