How cancelling works
No phone calls and no forms: you cancel from your account page whenever you like.
- Open your account page and choose Manage billing.
- Cancel in the Stripe billing portal. You won't be charged again.
- Keep driving. Your access continues to the end of the month you've paid for.

How do I cancel?
Go to your account page, choose Manage billing and cancel in the Stripe billing portal. You won't be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Your subscription starts as soon as you pay, so we don't refund part months when you cancel. Your statutory rights still apply, and if something's gone wrong, email us. See refunds and cancelling.
Do I need an account?
Only to subscribe. Sign in with Google or with a link we email you, and your subscription is tied to that account, so it works on any computer you sign in on.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Are these the real test routes?
No. The DVSA doesn't publish test routes. You drive the real roads around your centre, with the same kinds of junctions, roundabouts and crossings your examiner can choose from.
